Shipping policy

 We offer various shipping options, which will be presented during checkout. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Most orders will ship within 5 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

Title and risk of loss for the products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs after the products have been handed over to the carrier.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you to arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes 

Our accounting will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state/province where Orbbec Inc holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas in United States, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Orbbec 3D has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
